What is EB-Cohera?
EB-Cohera is a gentle, science-based training program that teaches the body and mind how to find calm, clarity, and emotional balance.
By monitoring Heart Rate Variability (HRV) in real time, EB-Cohera helps you recognise stress responses and guides your nervous system back toward equilibrium.
The method builds heart–brain Coherence - a state where the heart rhythm and brain activity work in synchrony, improving focus, resilience, and emotional control.
Sessions combine guided exercises, real-time feedback, and short coaching exercises that teach participants how to manage stress and regulate emotions more effectively.
EB-Cohera is non-invasive, medication-free, and deeply practical. It helps both children and adults build self-regulation skills they can use every day: at home, school, work, or in the community.
